The minimun stay (one day), will be charged 30€ por person.
Long weekends (3 or 4 nights), Holy Week, Christmas and the months of July and August are considered as High Season.
The prices are valid until the 31st of December 2008.
The houses' rates are settled according to the number of places; if the number is superior, it will be paid the corresponding extra charge, by no means it will be admitted a superior number of places tha the one reserved.
The prices include the normal use of electricity, water, gas, bed and bath equipment and arrival's cleaning. Firewood, laundry, additional beds, cradles, or cleaning service during the stay are to be paid aside.
Animals are not allowed.
The prices do not include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Method of payment: The booking is steady confirmed, for stays over 2 days, when it is paid the 20% of the houses' price, deposited before the house's occupation, within 5 days from the date of reservation.
The rest of the quantity will be paid once the stay is finished.
The form of payment will be fulfilled by means of bank transfer to the account 3187/0057/07/2635731421 (Caja Rural) or at the account number given by the agent Alessandra Favetto.
Cancellations: 15 days in advance it is repaid the 100% of the booking except minimum expenses, one week beforehand the 15% and in less than one week the 0%.
The keys' collection will be carried out before 22 hours except agreement with management; departure will take place at 12 hours if other clients enter the house, otherwise at 15,30-16,00.
If the client wishes to stay longer 3€/person will be charged.
